What makes 7AM different from regular protein powders?
Most powders focus on just protein. We don’t. Each serving of 7AM blends 18-19g of premium protein (60% ISP and 40% WPI) and REAL ingredients with collagen, vitamin C, B6, essential amino acids, dietary fiber, and micro-nutrients; designed to nourish your body, not just to make them look good. Think of it as an all-in-one daily wellness blend, not just a protein supplement.
Where is 7AM made?
Proudly Made in Korea - from blend to packaging . Every pouch of 7AM is crafted with ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients, including our premium WPI imported from the U.S. Even the paper wraps (and yes, our iconic socks) are made and printed in Korea with care. All around mindfully crafted premium wellness
Can I choose just one flavour?
We get it, but here’s the scoop: 7AM is currently only available as a set of four.
Each pack includes:
* 2× Multigrain
* 1× Chocolate
* 1× Coffee
Not a buffet. It’s a curated experience.
We don’t do à la carte for a reason. Our blend was curated to balance your week, your moods, and your cravings.

Does 7AM contain caffeine?
Choco is chill, Coffee hits. Choose your vibe
Our Choco flavour has a gentle touch - around 11mg of caffeine per serving - thanks to 12% of real cocoa powder. Barely enough to register.
Our Coffee flavour brings the buzz - 170mg of caffeine per serving from 11% real coffee extract.
That’s on par with an iced latte or a ceremonial matcha, without the jitters.
I’m sensitive to dairy. Is 7AM lactose-friendly?
Yes! And intentionally so.
We use Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), which has significantly less lactose content than standard whey and is generally well-tolerated; even by the sensitive ones. Your gut’s safe, our protein doesn’t come with plot twists.
As always, if you have specific dietary concerns or health conditions, we recommend checking in with a healthcare professional before consuming.
Will it make me gassy or bloated?
Highly unlikely. We hear this concern often, and here’s the truth: 7AM was formulated to be gut-friendly, even for the most sensitive among us.
If you’re new to fiber-rich foods, your body might take a minute to adjust. But most of our customers report feeling lighter, not puffier.
Can I drink this while pregnant?
Nutrition matters more than ever during pregnancy. 7AM is designed to support overall wellness with a balanced profile of essential nutrients, but it’s not a full meal.
That said, every body is different and every pregnancy is unique. If you’re expecting, we always recommend checking in with your doctor first before introducing any new supplements into your diet.
Can kids drink 7AM too?
Yes – and they do.
7AM is a clean, gentle blend with no artificial additives, making it a great option for mini members.
While it’s not a full meal replacement, it works beautifully as a nourishing snack or supplement.
It’s been enthusiastically approved by our team’s most discerning clientele: their heirs (a.k.a. our smallest shareholders).
As always, for younger children or those with specific health needs, we recommend checking with a pediatrician.
Any allergens I should know about?
7AM contains milk and soy. If you have known allergies, we recommend checking the full ingredient list before sipping.
There’s 1-2g of sugar. Is it still healthy?
100%. Under 5g is considered low sugar by nutritional standards; and ours clocks in under half that.
We use natural stevia for a hint of sweetness (minus the weird aftertaste), so you get clean flavor without compromising your goals.
I mixed it with water and it thickened; is that normal?
Completely. Like any real protein product, 7AM naturally thickens if left sitting for a while - especially because it contains konjac and chicory root fiber, both carefully chosen to help keep you full and satisfied for longer.
If you ever notice plush texture, that’s not a defect; it’s to ensure your 3pm snack cravings don’t stand a chance.
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend consuming it immediately after mixing.
